This phenomenon is due to several factors. For starters, twitter is free and reaches millions of individuals worldwide. Then, when registering on Twitter, you must first fill out a profile that is a short bio on your location and interest. Recruiters can easily go to this link and read this bio and determine right there if they are interested. By growing your number of followers, by just clicking “need a job” you will get many responses of job opportunities in your fields.  Video Resume: Making a video resume and placing it on YouTube is another way of reaching millions for free. Be professional, concise and confident, as you will be speaking directly to your potential employers.  Using LinkedIn: LinkedIn is one of the most popular search engines where individuals can go to seek out employment opportunities. LinkedIn is 100% free and is utilized by many top professionals. Individuals simply complete the membership application by supplying the requisite information. Then the import all their contact from other social networking sites to build their contact list. Paying for a premium account brings you even closer with recruiters who are in direct contact with employers.

Finding your ideal online degree in 5 simple steps, is that even possible? There is nothing simple about thinking about what you want to do for the rest of your life. Choosing a life-long career is no easy task. This is a major decision and requires knowing what you really want to be in life. Most of us go through our first years of college not knowing what we want to do, on the other hand some of us know exactly what we want to be from the time we could talk, then you have the rest of us who thought we knew what we wanted to be, graduate from college and are unhappy with the major we choose, so how do you go about finding “the ideal” online degree in only 5 simple steps? There is your ideal online degree. Okay, that was too simple, most of you are saying but, but what if…? Well, we’ll get into the ‘but what if’ another time. Today the title is about simple steps not complicated steps  Step 3:
Research – Time to visit the library or if you prefer you can do your research online. Look up your degree choice, find out everything there is to know about you ideal online degree and if it is everything you dreamt of.
Step 4:
