I've furnished a lot of advice and redressed a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you've posted makes utter sense. Please uphold the good work - the more people know the better they'll be armed to handle with the tax man, and that's what it's all about. I believe this incentive will translate into more students and their parents willing to send their kids to the college of their choice. Many opportunities will result from this and I hope low -income families will become aware that this credit is available to them. Thank you for your infromation.
