Lancaster Bible College (LBC), prepares student both academically and spiritually to serve God by using his or her own unique abilities. LBC students come from all around the world to fulfill God’s purpose on earth.
iLEAD Center
Lancaster Bible College has created the International Leadership, Education and Discipleship (iLEAD) Center, which is a first, full-service adult learning facility. The main purpose of the iLEAD Center is to serve adult learners through programs that “enrich, equip, and empower servant ministry leaders for global impact.” The iLEAD Center programs are specifically designed for learners who have full-time jobs, family commitments and other responsibilities in their lives. This program supports those needs by providing flexible and convenient schedules, in both online and offline programs as well as blended learning.
Programs Available at Lancaster Bible College
Students may choose one of four pathways at Lancaster Bible College:
- Graduate Education: This is a master’s degree program and graduate certificate options which provide the biblical foundation.
- Degree Completion: The Degree Completion program is the pathway a bachelor’s degree. This program can be completed in as little as 10 courses.
- Biblical Enrichment: The Biblical Enrichment program is offered through the iLEAD Center at Lancaster Bible College. This is a non-college-credit course program that is designed to help adult learners gain personal, spiritual or vocational enrichment.
- Traditional Undergraduate Degree: The Traditional Undergraduate degree program is path to an undergraduate degree.
Financial Aid
Lancaster Bible College is committed to helping students obtain financial assistance in the form of loans, grants and scholarships, to offset tuition expenses. A monthly payment plan option by automatic debit is also available to help ease the financial burden.

Lancaster Bible College is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA). They are also accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). Lancaster Bible College is approved by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and an affiliate member of the Coalition for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU).
