This fact has been realized by academic institutions. What have they done about it? Tidewater Community College in Southeastern Virginia presented around $11,000 grant to its students on the request of Spanish teacher Kathy O’Connor for the students to be able to listen and practice Spanish conversations even when they are not in class.
